HALLDOR KRISTJÁNSSON
Halldor is the owner and
Managing Director of TV, the oldest-established Information & Communication
Technology consultancy in Iceland. Since 1986, clients have included
the National Power Company, the Post & Telegraph Administration,
the Industrial Bank and the Commercial Banks of Iceland, the State Broadcasting
Company, the Ministry of Education and the Internal Revenue Service.
TV has made its reputation through the quality of its services and by
retaining complete independence from any computer or software company.
Halldor, who speaks fluent English, German, Swedish & Danish, has
been Chairman of the State I.T. Consultative Committee and is a member
of the Government Workgroup on Continuing Education. TV's senior
consultant, Ms Laufey Asa Bjarnadottir, has also served as Chairman
of the State I.T. Consultative Board. Like Halldor, Laufey has worked
as a system analyst and developer, programmer and project manager for
large-scale I.T. programmes. Consultancy work has included:
